1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the PlumeEcho website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including but not limited to dresses, tops, and pants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. PlumeEcho reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of PlumeEcho or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "PlumeEcho" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of PlumeEcho. You are not granted any license or right to use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Site.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlumeEcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

PlumeEcho's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to PlumeEcho for the product(s) in question in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Modifications to Terms and the Site

PlumeEcho reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
