At PlumeEcho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, tops, and pants. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel or items marked as "Final Sale."
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Return Authorization & Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Please ship the item(s) to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and process a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the item.
