We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. PlumeEcho is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
